SCAM ALERT: Fake Email – All Inclusive Vacation Giveaway

There is a fake email circulating inviting CSEA members to enter a giveaway for an all-inclusive vacation.
THIS IS A SCAM. It did not originate from CSEA.
It comes from a suspicious email address and attempts to trick members into clicking and giving away personal information.
PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS.
Report it to your IT Department and/or delete it when you see it! A screenshot of what the email looks like is included here for reference.
Education & Outreach
CSEA awards 18 $1,000 scholarships under the Irving Flaumenbaum Memorial Scholarship program. Pearl Insurance and MetLife each sponsor a one-time $2,500 award.
Applications will be available on this page for download on January 31 of the calendar year in which the scholarships will be awarded. Filing for a Flaumenbaum Scholarship automatically puts an applicant in consideration for the Pearl Insurance and MetLife Scholarships.
The 2024 application period is closed.
